Sabrina C E Noto created EWoW across 20 years of leading transformation in organisations where getting it wrong had real consequences: defence programmes, NHS digital services, international financial services, and enterprise software at scale. She founded Direct Agility in 2013 to deliver EWoW commercially, and built Direct Networks as the ecosystem that connects her life's intellectual work.

The frameworks, the operating model designs, the leadership systems — all of it originates from her body of work. Direct Networks is not a holding company. It is the organised expression of what she has spent 20 years building.
